Oxford Group, Training, Supervision and Couple Work
I have now worked for over 20 years as a psychotherapist since 1999 with a full-time practice for the last 10 years. I’ve seen over 600 different clients and couples in short and long-term work from all ranges of backgrounds and provided supervision individually since 2009 and in groups since 2018.
I am passionate about providing a high-quality service and now using my experience to support other practitioners develop and provide other opportunities through training and group work for individuals to develop and realise their potential. In particular the power of group process and what happens when people come together to share their experiences in a facilitated way is an experience which I have become increasingly interested in, seek to enhance and offer. I have been involved in a number of apprenticeships and co-facilitation arrangements to develop group work training and supervision both locally and internationally.
The OGT website brings together a synthesis of group work, supervision, experiential training and couple work outlined below, each section giving a fuller explanation of current and further activities being developed in these areas.
Ongoing supervision groups and training groups will continue locally and internationally with new developments of a Men’s work programme in Oxford.
